Can foreigners rent a caravan in Turkey?
Yes. Visitors with a valid passport and a driving licence issued in their home country (or an International Driving Permit) can rent a caravan in Istanbul. We accept renters aged 23 and above with at least two years of driving experience.
Where is the pickup location in Istanbul?
Pickup is available from Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) or our depot on the European side. Airport pickup is free for rentals of 7 days or more.
How much does it cost to rent a caravan in Istanbul?
Daily rates start from €120 for compact campervans and €180 for family motorhomes. All prices include comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage within Turkey, and 24/7 roadside assistance.
Do I need a special licence to drive a motorhome in Turkey?
Most motorhomes under 3,500 kg can be driven with a standard B-class driving licence. Heavier vehicles require a C1 licence. We confirm the exact requirement before booking.
Can I drive the caravan to Cappadocia or the Aegean coast?
Absolutely — and it is one of the best ways to see Turkey. Cappadocia is roughly 7 hours from Istanbul, Bodrum 8 hours, and the Black Sea coast just 2 hours. We provide route planning and recommended campsites with every booking.
